Tracy’s Spicy Chicken Fajita Soup
Ingredients:
- 100g chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1 tomato, diced
- 3 chopped cloves of fresh garlic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground red pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Taco Bell mild sauce
Directions:
Bring just to a boil then reduce heat
Simmer on medium low heat for 15 min
*Note – All spices are adjustable… simply season to taste. If you like it mega hot then add more, if you like it a little milder then add less. Tracy is a “dash of this and that” kind of cook and she didn’t actually measure her spices out. I have taken my best guess at how much might have been used.
